Signed at T in the Park

Let Us Shine had nine exclusive artworks, designed by the wonderful girls at Let Us Shine school in Ghana and personalised by some of the best musicians at T in the Park 2009!

The adorable paintings are music-themed and had been signed by the likes of Paolo Nutini, Pete Doherty, Glasvegas, Tommy Reilly, Friendly Fires frontman Ed MacFarlane and the Noisettes singer Shingai Shoniwa.

On Monday (20th July), these where available to bid for on Ebay . Every penny raised contributed towards taking the girls on their first school trip to Accra, the capital city of Ghana. The girls will get to go swimming, eat out in a restaurant and see a flushing toilet for the first time in their lives! It is hoped that acclimatising them to the city will prepare them for the future, when they will be going to university and hopefully becoming professionals!
